Each case study is labeled by how far the work actually went. Some ran daily in production. Others were designed, analyzed, or documented without reaching full deployment.

Operationalized
A live operating process, reporting cadence, workflow, or system that was actively used by the team.
Operationalized + Future-State Extension
A system that ran in production, together with a documented extension of the same framework that was proposed rather than launched.
Designed + Partially Implemented
A substantial operating model, architecture, or workflow that was designed and advanced, but not every component reached full deployment.
Executed Analysis
A completed operational analysis that produced findings, priorities, and recommendations.
Executed + Operationalized
Completed analytical work paired with a tool or process that was launched and used in the live operating environment.
Future-State Product Concept
A future-state product concept supported by requirements, risk modeling, and implementation planning, but not built.
Proposed Product Concept
A product or technology concept supported by requirements, implementation planning, and business analysis, but not launched.
